Intervention Advisory Services
Overview
In addition to the core Project Management and Consultancy services, IPM also offers an extensive advisory service to its clients. This service can be used to enhance current operations as well as operations in their planning stages. Services offered can range from a simple peer review of well intervention programmes prior to execution, a basic QC check for upcoming planned operations, an in-depth review of future projects, through to an engineering presence during the entire planning of a project as it passes through the various stages of project sanction.
